While promoting the WORKS album, ELP appeared with famed New
York City DJ, Allison Steele, the "Nightbird" on WNEW-FM who,
along with Scott Muni, played the long ELP songs in their entirety,
something not done on broadcast radio before. Scott Muni was
also responsible for "Pictures at an Exhibition" being aired in the
US for the first time, and ultimately, its US release.
